Keyboard PCBs

A while ago someone linked me to a website that created custom keyboard PCBs via layouts from http://www.keyboard-layout-editor.com/but me being the idiot i am, i didn't save the link. 

Does anyone know at all what i'm talking about? This is a bit of a long shot, but whatever.

 

Also i'm not entirely sure if it generated PCBs or what it did, that's what i assumed it did. I might be wrong

I was just wondering if anyone knew what i was talking about, I'm not asking anyone to search for it

I know of a tool that will generate a keyboard plate based off the data that site puts out but I dont know of one that does the pcb. Although if you get a plate made you can hand wire the switches into a matrix and connect it to a teensy 2.0 micro controller and make a working keyboard.
