You did it right. The correct result is 365.066 * 10^6

You have 386.011 * 10^6 but thats because you rounded the results.

Yes, when it's log of x then the base is 10 and to solve you just, umm do what you did. I don't how to explain it, algebra 2 (I'm asssuming that's what you're in) was last year for me. But you're right.
