GTX 770 Worth It?

So, i'm looking to purchase a graphics card for my current rig due to having to get a refund on my original one: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/JVTtBm(I actually have the Phanteks Enthoo Evolv itx)

Anyway... I have around £250 to spend, possible about £270 in a couple of weeks if i wait. However, i'd rather spend as little as possible. I came across a GTX 770 on Scan for £220, http://www.scan.co.uk/products/4gb-evga-gtx-770-classified-acx-28nm-pcie-30-(x16)-7010mhz-gddr5-gpu-1150mhz-boost-1202mhz-refurbish

Would it be worth it? The games i usually play at 1080p are typical AAA tittles, Battlefield 4, GTA V, Dead Island 2, Far Cry 4, nothing really more demanding than that...

Should i buy the 770 or wait a couple of weeks and spend every penny i have on a 970 or R9 290 or 290X?

Well, should i get a 970 or 290x then?

Do you care about power consumption or heat output? In terms of performance there's practically nothing between them. I would say get whichever you can get with a cooler that you particularly like for the cheapest.

Looking on PC Partpicker, pretty much every 970 is cheaper than any 290X, and this is the cheapest non-blower of either available.
