What programs are the best and should I be using to monitor my system?

What are good programs to run stability test besides Aida64?

I looked up this Aida64 and I see that u I have all these options and which should I do?

Stress CPU

Stress FPU

Stress Cache

Stress System Memory

Stress Disks

Stress GPU

I have looked around and have heard that the STRESS FPU is very intensive and can make your cpu bottleneck and crash. Is my Corsair H110i GTX good enough to cool my cpu so it doesn't do that?

is STRESS FPU something that I should try? or just do the CPU, Cache, Memory.

Also when I overclock I have seen that the more I overclock the less Cache I get so do I up it to what the ratio is? I looked online and people are saying it should be .1 or,2 lower than the Core ratio to remain stable or am I just looking to much stuff up and it will be perfectly fine after I overclock.

For monitoring, CPU-Z, OpenHardwareMonitor and HWiNFO. I also use RealTemp when doing stress tests.

Stress tests, OCCT and XTU.

I've never heard about cache being that important. If you are going to OC Intel system, try @ProKoN 's guide on it http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/41234-intel-haswell-4670k-4770k-overclocking-guide/
