I've tried multiple HDMI cables and even a DVI. No difference.

yeah definetly contact asus for an rma and see what they can do for you :).

Did the best I could to capture the issue. Top left side has 3+ lines of static that randomly appear, and eventually go away. I've tried everything from different devices to different power outlets. The issue remains. It flickers, but you wont be able to see that in the photo.

 

Should I attempt to RMA this or is it something on my end?

please follow your own topics :). also what graphics card are you running?

R9-290x Lightning. It does this on all different inputs that I've fed it, from DirecTV to another computer.

ok that sounds more like a display issue then. id definetly email asus about an rma on this monitor.

 

EDIT: also are you using the same cables on each input?
