can you overclock palit nvidia gt210 ddr3 64 bit gpu

You can, but there won't be much benefit from overclocking. You can use a program like MSI afterburner to overclock, but make sure you overclock in steps(don't just max out the sliders) and make sure the temps stay under 80c.
