YouTube messed up?

So I was looking at my analytics on YouTube for my gaming channel and come across a really high cpm for the channel life time. I don't get how this makes sense, everyone says its like $5 per 1000

Nice, and when did you get partnered? Also playing certain types of ads do better, look at what you are playing. Also remember to go back and monetize all video. Sadly the CPM is calculated using only monetized views, which I have about a 16% monetized rate

Yes, I was not asking because of the number because it is clear that is bull shit but where it says RPM. Only ever seen CPM.
