Wrong memory speed?

This morning I installed some new DDR3 memory @ 1866 MHz. When I go into the BIOS, it recognizes that I have two 4GB sticks each with a speed of 1866 MHz. But Windows thinks the spped is 1333 MHz. So my question is: Is my memory @ 1866 MHz or 1333 MHz?

 

My OS is in French but I'm sure you guys will understand what's written.

You'll have to go into BIOS and set the speed there. There isn't a performance difference so I personally wouldn't bother.

Choose the extreme performance profile in your bios. I think it is labeled as X.M.P., but do not quote me on that
