Excel Macros not working (Yawn)

Hi guys, boring topic I know but I also know some people are Excel gods. I'm trying to download a workbook off a website, it's a trusted website just to do with EBI Portfolios, and when I download it there's an '!' on the file. When I open it none of the macros work, I just click the buttons and it does nothing, I've gone into options and clicked on 'enable all macros' and still it doesn't work.

If anyone knows the problem please let me know

Thanks guys

Probably some references that can't be found or are conflicting. You will need to go through them or look if others have had same issues with documents.

Probably also worth ensuring that the download is a macro enabled workbook and that if you see any pop-ups in Excel asking to enable content that you do. Without doing that it wont work.
