USB Speakers Not SHowing Up

I Plug In USB speakers and they wont show up in playback devices but i can see it device manager??

remove from the drive manager 

 

replug the speaker and let windows detect the speakers again

 

also activate the Scan For Hardware Changes in device manager

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
