Flash TA Partition (Xperia Z2)

Yes, I am back! I am back on my Xperia Z2 and want Sony Android again. I backed up my TA partition before flashing anything and am trying to restore it now. I have my own and original TA.img and all I need to know is how to flash it now. I have the tool but I am not sure if I am to connect the phone in flashmode or with root access. Please help.
