Dell Laptop Comes with Mandatory $100 Support Fees

Recently purchased a Dell XPS 13.  So far I'm pleased with the thing, but was not pleased to find this:

These options are non-removable and add $101 to the subtotal.  Kind of frustrating.  I dunno if this is news to anyone, but it was to me.  Just thought I'd share.  Any thoughts?

To me, $50 plus $51 is $101...

 

Well, if it gets them more money and it's then of course they'll do it. It is really strange to see it broken down so strongly though.
