FPS and Settings this can run GTA V on?
 

CPU/APU: AMD A10-7850K
RAM: G.SKILL Sniper Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 (PC3 14900)
HDD: WD Blue 1 TB Desktop Hard Drive: 3.5 Inch, 7200 RPM, SATA 6 Gb/s, 64 MB Cache - WD10EZEX
MOBO: MSI A88X-G43 FM2+ / FM2 AMD A88X (Bolton D4) 
GPU: EVGA GTX Geforce 760
OS: Windows 8.1 64 BIT

The CPU is a little not good but your GPU is fine. On low settings you should get 60+

It should be able to run, but you'll probably be bottlenecked by your CPU.

I can't estimate FPS as I don't have the game yet.

my 660ti runs @45FPS everything max expect the texture resolution thats on normal as I don't have the VRAM, I think that was with 2x MSAA and no AA on the reflections. So I would imagine it would run about the same. However it's been documented quite a bit that CPU can play a big role in the Frame rate too. But I'd imagine it would run fine.

at this early stage itll be limited, 4690k's have been maxed out and for 1080 ultra the game wants 3gb of vram.
that said minimum requirements are a q6600 and if that can play it you defo can.
its well threaded though so the gpu will be the biggest drawback, 280's are cheap now...
everyone else is just guessing going by what others say about other games with no facts or knowledge at hand.
