Troubleshooting old machine?

Hi all, I am wanting to fix my parents old computer (amd something or other) not sure about gpu. Anyway I want to get it working again, but it's making a beeping sound on second intervals when it powers on, does anyone know why this would happen and the cause? I will link a yt video soon about the sound and pc.

Asus A7N8X-X, I know the cpu is and and I'm not sure about gpu

Gpu is msi branded, but that's all I know and it's an ati card

Long(Beep) continuous DRAM hasn't inset correctly.

Short(Beep) continuous POWER supply has problem.

Ok re-seating the ram worked, but now I'm here:

It says memory ok (ram)

Btw cpu is amd Athlon and it is runnin at 1150MHZ

OMG I got it to boot into windows by changing boot priority.

MSI rx9550se GPU

1.50GB of ram (ddr400)

80Gb HDD

AMD Athlon tm at 1.14GHz
