PCE-N15 Troubleshooting

I installed a brand new PCE-N15 adapter into my computer but the connection speeds are so bad that having no internet is as effective.

I have followed the instructions on the manual of installing the CD driver, then it says to use the Utility software that installs with it but the utility software is non-existent on my PC.

I have no idea what is wrong.

Alright, I take it you managed to connect to a WiFi connection on the computer. However your speeds are terrible and you can't find the Utility software?

 

1. You might be too far away from the Access Point, or you are behind a wall with a lot of steel inside.

2. Why do you need the utility software?

 

Also, for me to be more of use, you need to be specific.

 

OS, Distance from Access Point, Are there any obstacles?
