Old gpu vs New gpu

Should I buy old Gpu or new Gpu. I am getting a original Titan for $400 or 780 Ti for $350 instead of buying gtx 980 for more than $600?

Buy newer GPU mate, way more efficient. Newer GPU use the latest architecture like Maxwell, while the old GPU use older architecture like Kepler. New GPU have lower TDP than older GPU but still performs great.

If you're talking about GTX 780Ti only then I'd agree with you it performs slightly better. Well...

Otherwise get the 780ti

Personally, I would get the Titan, Just becouse of the swag of having a Titan, And 6gb of Vram, Personally i think 3gb is on the edge, I feel limited by only 2gb on my GTX 660, I would like to have Atleast 4gb.

Paying extra $150-200 for about 10-25% performance is not worth it. Considering 780 ti and Titan, 780 ti is good choice if gaming in 1440P or below.

 

(If you can wait, with AMD 300 series cards, prices of 980 may be reduced)
