Hello fellow techies, I recently put my two 850 evo's in raid0 as a boot drive for windows. My question is, how do I properly configure windows for best performance, (not worried about power saving) and reliability. I know that with no raid, Windows will automatically set up trim and other things and samsung magician has a "configure OS for best perfomance" button, but I'm not sure if windows knows how to detect raid0 ssd's (samsung magician says there are no samsung ssd'd connected and will not allow me to use it's "configure os" button). I did a Google search on this, but what few answers I found were very conflicting. I would appreciate some input on how to do this or just point me to a good tutorial. THANKS!

Windows 8.1 does it all for you, TRIM is still enabled when you use RAID0. There is really nothing to do. But yes you are correct the Samsung software wont be able to detect your SSD's due to your OS only 'seeing' logical volumes not direct drives anymore.
