I am going to be selling my Samsung S4 as I have always had an andriod and I want to try something different.

I think that all iPhone are overpriced, however the 5 and 5s have intreaged me.

What should I get?

Here are my requirments:

  • Good camera
  • Good battery
  • Faster than my S4

Thanks to anyone that can help :)

I think neither the 5 and the 5s are faster than the S4, particularly when you install cyanogen or something like that on it. Camera will be better though, battery will be similar, though it depends on how much you use it (standby iphones last longer, but the S4 has a longer screen on time).

The 5S by a mile. If you look at the specs, you are getting alot more power per performance with the 5S. The CPU speed almost doubles between the 5 and 5S. (And the 5s is really lightweight btw)

Oops, my mistake :P I was meant to say S4 mini... and the battery sucks big time on that... I had about 10 minutes screen time one day and it was on standby for the rest and then I ended up with 60% at the end of the day

5S is basically the 6 but smaller. It will be much faster than your Android. I have a 6 right now, and although I'm an advanced computer specialist, I like the simplicity of the iPhone.

Uh, no. The 6 has many improvements over the 5S.

Other than the camera, and the faster cores, I really don't see a whole much of a difference. I'd be happy to hear your opinion however.

The screen is better, as they're now using a higher-quality IPS panel from AUO. GPU is improved, 802.11AC WiFi, better LTE receiver with better speed and more frequency bands... I'm sure there's other things as well, but I don't really keep up with Apple.

That changes things, both iphones are probably better than that phone. I'd go for the 5S since it's quite a large improvement over the 5.

5s every single time. The 5 is about the same speed as the gs4, and the 5s is double of the 5 in performance and also slightly faster than the gs5 and m8. iOS 9 is supposed to improve performance so if the 4s is somehow supported, you can expect the 5 to get a nice performance boost from it.
