Half Build Help

Hi all, I am looking for help to find parts to finish updating my build. Currently I have a GTX 970, power supply (850W) and hard drives (128GB SSD boot drive and 3T storage). I found the build guide template so I will just use that :)

1. Budget

$1000 at the most

thing I need are:

-Motherboard

-CPU

-Ram

-Case (my old one is fine but it's just a cheap one that I got with the leftovers from my last upgrade)

-Cooling (only if I have leftover money, I don't overclock but kinda want to start)

2. Aim

Decent gaming pc, 60+FPS (obviously) not looking for 4k yet. Also I like to upgrade around every 2 years so things that will be fine till then would be good. 
3. Monitors

Already have what I want, 27'' and a 24'' 1080p.
4. Peripherals

Already have.
5. Why are you upgrading?

My Intel Core i5-3330 CPU and GA-B75M-D3H motherboard aren't pulling their weight anymore with the new GPU I put in also there are some small issues that I can't really be bothered fixing since I'm due for an upgrade anyway.
