Help with Ai Suite 3 Settings?

Hi,

I'm about to use 5 way optimization using Ai suite 3 on a Maximus VII Hero but was wondering firstly,

1) What happens if under EPU, I select 'configured max CPU power' and what effect will it have??

2) Should I also have 'away mode' selected under EPU and what will it do??

I don't like 2D games...I just couldn't get into them.. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
