I tyink something with the scaling is set wrong. Try and set it to 96dpi. Find it somewhere in the configurarion centre, don't know exactly where, sorry.

hey, if you are running windows try going in control panel and search display settings, try changing those

if that don't work, your computer is probably infected, there are a lot of antiviruses, and if you don't have one you should get one and scan your computers. For example Norton and AVG

there are also some free virus scanners which scan your computer and may get some things your antivirus don't, for example AdwCleaner and malwarebytes
