the euro is going down in value, the dollar is going up, i bought my i7-4790k for 338 euros (in the netherlands) a couple months earlier it was 318 euro and now its like 360 euro so yeahh...

Doesnt that mean that H80i should have dropped a bit ? GT is better than the original afaik. 

 

No, once a product goes out of production the supply dries up and prices go up. At best you can get a short-term price dip as retailers try to clear inventory.

 

Well this is really f´d up. USA and Canada were already paying much lesser than Europeans do and now we gotta pay even more for the same crap.. 

 

Not really, the price difference is mostly VAT. I can get an R9 290 for 241 US dollars here in Denmark, without rebates and before VAT. Cheapest one in the US, without rebates, is 260 US dollars.
