GTA V does apparently (TXAA), not sure about the rest.

 

EDIT: looking through an article now and it claims that it has TXAA and PCSS.

Upcoming Killing Floor 2 (go on twitter to try to get closed alpha code) has, but from what i have seen only reflective tiles/textures make a positive difference, and there is lighting that bounces, other settings are kinda useless or even make it look worse.

Yeah Ubisoft games use it. Far Cry 4 uses every gameworks feature I think. The Witcher 3 is also supposed to use things like simulated fur as well.
