I think thats the next step but I dont have a cd i have a key

Then you will need to aquire an .ISO file of the operating system that your key applies to. You can make a bootable DVD or flashdrive.  and then use a tool like WintoFlash which will turn a 8gb flashdrive into a bootable Windows image.

What operating system is your key for?

 junker build in the making

Wait what? Do you have a laptop or another computer? You can download the ISO and then make bootable USB from it, then boot the Windows Installation from the USB.

You can, download the ISO from your MacBook. Then create a bootable USB from there.

Im downloading the free windows 8 trail and it says ISO and its 3.7 is it that? And once its done i just put it on a usb?

And from that trail I can upgrade later right like just putting in a key?

Hey sorry to bother you again. But what are so good things to download for PC im been on Mac for like most my life. :P

Like whats a good antivirus?

You can download BitDefender Free Edition + MalwareBytes Free, both are great you use the MalwareBytes for monthly scan (not everyday, BitDefender will take care of that). Don't forget to defrag your HDD (if SSD you don't defrag it). There's a optimization software like CCleaner, I don't use that (I use Disk Cleanup (Comes with Windows)) but it's popular.

Over time, your files and HDD become fragmented, and your PC will slow down as it has to look in many different places to open a file. Defragmenting the HDD (Use Windows Defragmenter or other software like Defraggler) rearranges the data on your hard disk and reunites fragmented files so your PC can run more efficiently.

Another choice (helps protect you online), the one that I gave you was free to use, for BitDefender you need an account. Good software but for me just use common sense, install Adblock.
