Not for corsair, but here is the cheapest way to get a custom loop for gpu - 

 

GPU Block  + H220X

 

The H220x can be expanded easilt

Its possible but a pain in the ass to do. Get an Expandable AIO like the Swiftech 140x/220x/240x or the Coolermaster Glacer 240l.

The tubes are usually connected via barbs on the block or radiator. Sometimes the barbs are hidden in the block. It takes some work to get the tubing off the barbs since they usually use an adhesive or some sort of compression thing. You just need to get rid of the tubing, empty the loop, and put new tubing that would fit the original barbs and fill the loop. You'd have more luck with something like the h220x from swiftech or glacer coolers from coolermaster, they are made for expansion.
