You dont need 16 GB.

Get a xeon for the same price as i5 + overpriced motherboard.

Looks good, although getting a 144hz monitor is quite a pricey ordeal..if you have the budget to blow 450 dollars on a 1080p monitor, go for it, but at that price you could easily get 1440p monitors.

Are you going to upgrade your CPU in the future? to an unlocked one? if not. There is no point of buying a Motherboard that has the overclocking capabilities with a locked CPU.
