You dont need 16 GB.

Get a xeon for the same price as i5 + overpriced motherboard.

Ok how is this build doing? I don't overclock and is there anything I need to change for better performance at a similar price?

Are you going to upgrade your CPU in the future? to an unlocked one? if not. There is no point of buying a Motherboard that has the overclocking capabilities with a locked CPU.

What will you be using the system for? I would recommend to get cheaper 8GB of memory and try to get a better GPU

970 is enough. Unless he stats otherwise. :P

Is kingston hyperX fury 16gb ram better than g.skill ripjaws 16gb ram?

No point of having 16GB, unless you're useless heavy apps that require more memory. Also please Quote our replies so we know that you've responded. :)

what do u mean a better GPU?

The 970 is more than enough. Don't change it, keep it.
