at school i use a dell latitude E5530 and it gets to 70-75 degrees celsius, should i contact IT about it?

(didnt do that with an optiplex 310 that throttled at 100 degres every day for a month and that died a week later)

their tech support has improved a lot

just went to IT, he gave me a laptop cooling pad and told me not to worry. (he wants newer pc for school)

Dell Laptops have the worst cooling ever. RMA it or if the warranty is still valid let it fix for you.

read earlier post. he dosent give a fu*k about those computers, he just hads out cooling pads for the laptops that get werry hot (there are only a few of them)

my dad is using the i5 Core-3337 laptop and no issues of cooling

 

except the loud fan when it kicks in

the fan on this is at 100% all the time blowing scorching hot air at my hand.

yep, he has to send computers to dell if the system fails (windows reinstalation will solwe this, but he dosent know how to do it)

the recovery image is in the HDD

 

just activate the recovery and it will reset the PC to the original state

Yeah most IT guys don't give a damn fck, also contacting Dell yourself is pointless.
