Using headset microphone for calls on Android

Is there any way I could use my PC (Windows 7) microphone and headset as a sort of passthrough for calls on my Android? I want to be able to game, do productivity or generally just not have to stop what I'm doing so I can have a call with someone. I run an HTC One M7, fully rooted if that is in any way important.
