Custom Key Bindings

Is there a program where I can bind certain keys to do certain things? Cause I have spotify in the background yet my keyboard does not have media keys so in order to skip songs I have to alt+tab to press the skip button and I would love to do it without leaving the game. Thanks

CPU: some amd thing Motherboard: its black RAM: its memory thats for sure GPU: r7 260x Case: corsair spec 01 Storage: 1tb of it PSU: 430w, so many watts

I don't think so.  I'm pretty sure custom keys like that only work in context.  I'm pretty sure you'd need actual media keys.

I don't think so.  I'm pretty sure custom keys like that only work in context.  I'm pretty sure you'd need actual media keys.

Well wouldn't it have to be so when you press the media key lets say skip, it executes a command in windows telling it to skip whatever is able to be skipped then spotify is detecting it should be skipping songs so theoretically you should be able to just bind a key to execute that skip command
