well its in a small case so it probably gets a bit warm

Synthetic benchmarks hardly matter.  Don't worry about what your score is.  Just have the card doing what you need it to do with real world performance and if that means overclocking do it.

That's actually quite low and not good at all when compared to high end rigs. I ran it and got 1273 (30.7fps) so we're actually at "entry level gaming pc". However, from most benchmarks I've seen, the 660 does better in actual game performance than the 750ti so our cards should be pretty equal since I overclocked little 750ti until it could not go any higher. 

 

However, keep in mind that everything boils down to if you're happy with what your pc does. If so, then all the scores from any source matter little to almost nothing. For me that means hitting a solid 60fps without any major dips at 1080 with high-ultra setting. So can can my 750ti do that? absolutely not! But I'll be upgrading at the end of the year so in the meantime the 750ti is doing a wonderful job.
