Nvidia GTX 460 performance increase?

Go to solution Solved by Johannes_Lazor,

Should be pretty between 2 and 3 times higher performance, Passmark is a synthetic Benchmark so you have to take it with a grain of salt.

I would recommend using the 440 as a dedicated PhysX card since you have a ATX motherboard.

I've got an Asus GT 440 1GB. My friend is giving his GTX 460 for free. How much Performance increase will I get from games such as, World Of Tanks, Tomb Raider and Skyrim?

Also I've got a SyncMater 2494hs (Samsung 24" Monitor)

GTX 460s in SLI scale quite well and so you should get close to double the performance.

I used to run SLI 460s and I was able to run most games at Ultra with AA turned down.
