Seriously: Try restarting both the PC and/or the proccess, forget then rejoin your network (Renew lease), Try on another machine (could be steam servers) apparently its a problem of my pc. it won't connect to the steam servers. a friend tried to login on my pc and i didn't work so its not account related. Posted April 9, 2015 I've have this exact same problem with Windows 10 Tech Preview, as soon as a boot into windows 8.1 Steam starts perfectly on the same machine.
