NVIDIA blocks that kind of things...

They can't driver lock their hardware from running parallel to APUs. TrueAudio might be the only thing that will work as that's entirely game dependent. Although if it doesn't, no big deal. The rest of his list are proprietary features that would never work together anyways (Mantle on Nvidia etc).

Nvidia patches things like these because they love to patch things.

Well, looks like with DirectX 12 and Windows 10 coming, it seems things are starting to change. Linus even mentioned in the "Fast as Possible" episode of DirectX 12 and Vulkan that a NVIDIA and AMD graphics card can run together. Is that true? If it is, can you send me a video/demo?

If I had an AMD APU and a NVIDIA card, could I use Mantle and True Audio from the APU and G-Sync and 3D Vision from the NVIDIA card at the same time? (that is if the game supports all of these features)

yes...

If you ran the HDMI from onboard to a HIFI system and ran the HDMI from Nvidia to the screen you should in THEORY be able to do so. But there may be some driver issues having both AMD and Nvidia in the same system.

you can, however, not have True Audio computed on the APU then sent through the HDMI connection on the Nvidia GPU
