What would the best graphics card be for under 35 bucks? Im pretty tight for money lol. I really appreciate what your doing here, Thanks!

Alright, here's a cheap card. Its PCI-E 2.0, and it's only DDR3, BUT it's a GT 610 with 2GB Vram. No displayport, but HDMI is supported.

Also, it's made by MSI!

Remember to uninstall your current drivers before putting this card in it!

Hey guys!

 

  So im coming off of an old 2007 pentium desktop with 2gb of ddr2 ram and integrated graphics and that computer ran games well for the most part, now i just build my new desktop with an AMD fx 6300, 4gb of ddr3 ram and an older amd card, Im not sure the name. But for some reason this new computer is playing the games, old computer could run fairly well, at an almost smooth slow motion. What is going on!?

Is everything in good condition of your new components? And can you give us a PCPartPicker link or a full description of all the parts?

Also check the condition of your temps!

 

EDIT: also, lag is caused by a bad internet connection :P. And don't forget to follow your topics!

All the parts are brand new and seem good, besides the graphics card (thats probably the problem...) And also im playing single player games, and i actually deleted my pc part picker page sorry :(

Doesn't matter! Try switching out the GPU with something else, or use only your iGPU (if you have one), see if that fixes something.

What do u mean?

Try playing a game without that specific GPU. You can replace that GPU with another one, or you can use your Integrated GPU (iGPU). iGPU's sit in some CPU's, especially Intel's. Most AMD's don't have it though.

What games are you playing? Try finding a low spec game that runs badly. Than get a low tier card of 30 bucks and test if that works better or just as good.

What is the (possibly) broken card your using right now?

It uses DDR3, so that's quite bad (for GPU's). It will work quite well fur speedrunners, but not too much FPS. Try getting a mid-tier or low end cheap GPU with GDDR5. Preferably 2Gb's of it.

Here, like this Gigabyte GT 730, which is a great card. 2GB of GDDR5 and it's an Nvidia GT, which are quite good for a lot of games (I run CS:GO quite well on my GT 525M). It doesn't have Displayport though, which is a shame.
