Problem with ncix

On July 4 I ordered a few things from ncix to be shipped internationally to Ireland. 

 

I received an email saying that I had ordered it on the 4th.

 

So today on July 10 I went to find out when about I should expect the package to arrive and I noticed that

it has not ticked the credit card verification and the money has not left my account.

 

It has been 5 business days and nothing has happened, I haven't received any notification from ncix or my credit card company saying that there is a problem.

 

So wtf is going on...

 

How long does it usually take to verify an international credit card and why haven't they said anything?

I called my credit card company and they say they haven't denied any payments.
