Games controlling themselves

Recently, I have been playing shooter games e.g TF2 and SG Deadzone, anyway, they have been controlling themselves, when i am moving using the keyboard, it is fine, but once i move the mouse it starts doing its own thing and moving and firing without me pressing anything, i use Windows 8.1, i thought maybe someone could  help me?

Wait so when you move the mouse, it starts moving on its own? 

Does it still happen if you arent touching the IO after touching it?
