Hey everybody!

I am planning on gering mysekf a media center pc Up and running, I want to reuse Some spare parts I have in an old computer around here. It has an i3-350 cpu 8 gigs of ddr3 ram and a gtx 660.

So my question is: Will I be able to watch tv/movies on it and maybe play a few games on it?

Yes!

 

You will want to look into something like Steam in home streaming and gamestream for more intensive games, but this can play a few smaller games for sure.

Thank you very much for Your help! I have a much more powerful system in the house so if I want to play. Lets say. Watch dogs of something, I can use steam that, I Will do a bit of research into that! Thanks again!

Considering that a Raspberry Pi can stream 1080p fine, a full desktop with a 660 and dual-core i3, should be just fine :)
