Ram Not Fitting

Go to solution Solved by clay_park,

Maybe it's a manufacturer fault, and you should send the mobo/RAM back, whatever is wrong?! do you have another mobo to try the RAM with!>? for troubleshooting what is wrong!

After several tries with some more force i was able to place it in

trun it around

It should fit unless there is something wrong with your RAM and or Mobo. Are you sure you just need to put more pressure to snap it in?

I find pushing one side in and then the other easier than both together.

It might be the angle...but is it me or does that RAM notch look offset to the board?

they are both 240 pin ddr3 so they should fit and it is just you

Yea it looks correct pin wise. This is quite a conundrum.

OP, do you have any spare DDR3 RAM you can try?
