No that card won't fit you need to get a card that doesn't have an extra width PCB since there is very little room between the PCI-E slots and the side panel. Something like the Gigabyte G1 gaming 980 will work.

what about those three? I saw some water-cooling builds and the water blocks can fit

Just stock air cooler I don't think any of those will easily fit cur to the extra PCB width, maybe the iChill Ultra but you will need to take off that little extra side fan from the looks of things. If you plan to use a smaller width PCB and a waterblock however it will work no problem.
