Is there any gaming chairs with a tv monitor built in and what else should I look for 

and price range is about 200-300 maybe, also keyboard and mouse tray swell?

The full on emperor is super expensive but that one in the photo is the budget version, website says $5k, it's expensive, but not outlandish...

 

I have a Herman Miller Aeron, its largely debated but I its the most comfortable chair I've ever used and you can sit in it for 20hours and still be comfortable.
