Rendering/streaming PC Under 2k

Hello! What is the best possible pc for streaming and rendering under 2k? It needs to be able to pump out videos like crazy.

Get a 6 core Intel CPU and then filter out the rest

If you wanted even more power, then get a 8 core intel CPU. However, at more than double the price, I would recommend getting a server motherboard and getting 2 CPU's.
