This graphics card is just awful. I tried overclocking but it didn't change much. Is there any other way I can optimize it?

overclocking is luck of what crad you have, you have all the newest drivers if so, not really anything we can do for you besides recommend something cheap.

Silicone lottery as @blackadder describes. 76XX is a dodgy zone for me but is it dedicated (actual card) or is it integrated ?

As far as I can see you can OC 7600 chips as seen here - http://hwbot.org/hardware/videocard/radeon_hd_7600m/

But unfortunately it's hard if not impossible to OC mobile graphics. You would be better building a desktop if you want high end graphics I am afraid.

Dude a workstation gaming card is going to cost a lot. Nothing atm you can really do about it. I would bite the bullet and just get a Titan x. That's what the card was designed for.

Z77A-G43 LGA 1155, Intel I5 3450s, Radeon R9 290 (non-X), Cooler Master V750 Gold (750W) PSU, 2x4GB Ripjaws X 1866 MHz, 1x4 Crucial 1866 MHz, Samsung 840 Evo 500GB, Thor V2 Full-tower Case, Acer 1920x1080 Monitor
