Upgrading or building from a new PC.

Here's my current build:

CPU: AMD FX-8350 4.0GHz 8-Core Processor  (€153.90 @ Caseking)

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler  (€32.99 @ Amazon Deutschland)

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P ATX AM3+ Motherboard  (€78.20 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Memory: G.Skill Sniper Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-2133 Memory  (€80.06 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Storage: Kingston HyperX 3K 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  (€77.06 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Green 2TB 3.5" 5400RPM Internal Hard Drive  (€99.95 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 770 2GB WINDFORCE Video Card
Power Supply: Corsair CX 600W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply  (€74.90 @ Caseking)
Case: IN WIN Dragon Rider
Monitor: AOC G2460PQU 144Hz 24.0" Monitor  (€259.00 @ Amazon Deutschland)

I have a budget of 500 euros and want to game at 60-fps ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Option #1: Upgrade the PSU and get another GTX 770 (cheapest option)

Option #2: Sell the GPU (200 euros) and CPU (130euros), buy an i5-4690K and a 100 euro motherboard and pair it up with a GTX 970

I'm looking for the best path to take and would greatly appreciate feedback. (I will post pictures when it's all finished)

edit: just noticed the failed thread title lol

Option 2  probably.

Seems like the best upgrade

Option 2 would be best

Option 1 seems like it will have issues like bottleneck

i5 2400 | ASUS RTX 4090 TUF OC | Seasonic 1200W Prime Gold | WD Green 120gb | WD Blue 1tb | some ram | a random case

Get an i5 4690k and a Z97 mobo first, save the money for a while since 770 is still quite ok. Wait for the 980Ti or R9 390x before you upgrade your GPU

4770 non-k mean locked CPU, mean that you cant overclock it. It totally depend on you, the 4770 is quite powerful by itself, and if you are sure you wont OC it, then you can grab it
