Suggestable Android Phone

What would be a good phone in the market today? Here's my preffered specs:

 

- Android KitKat or Lollipop

- Below $150

- Edges not rounded (More of a square than a curve)

- Black (no racism involved)

- Screen size between 4 to 5 inches

- RAM: 512MB would suffice

- Rear cam: minimum 4MP

- Front cam: lousy would do. I don't do "selfies"

Moto G or E are your best bets, but they're curved. Maybe a used HTC One M7. That's as blocky as Android phones get, really.

Motorola Moto G 2014 Edition? I think its somewhat over 150$ but not a lot over. Anyways the Motorola Moto E is a lot cheaper and even has 1Gb of Ram

Moto e 2nd generation is pretty good for under 150$. Has a quad core processor (all be it a low end one), 1gb of ram and runs lollipop.
