Can I do this?

So I have an issue with my build that I'm pretty sure is either the psu or the motherboard. Is there a way that I can order a psu to test in my build and then send it back if my other psu ends up not being the problem?

Just test your PSU?

• Plug the power supply into the wall.
• Find the big 24-ish pin connector that connects to the motherboard.
• Connect the GREEN wire with the adjacent BLACK wire.
• The power supply's fan should start up. If it doesn't then it's dead.
• If the fan starts up, then it could be the motherboard that's dead.

Okay, so the issue is that the computer just randomly restarts itself, sometimes numerous times within 30 seconds. The next issue is that the monitor flickers sometimes when opening windows. Anyways, I think the turning off thing is a pretty big problem. No BSOD or anything, just turning off and on.

check your temps, might be the issue

check your temps, might be the issue

Pretty solid temps on everything, cpu not going over 47c and gpu not over 60c while gaming (usually when it decides to shut off)

Sounds like GPU issue to me...

Run a gpu benchmark if you can and see if you get any artifacts or anything like that before you crash, is PSU is big enough to support the power draw from everything?
