Man that sucks i got nothing left up my sleeve that everyone else has not covered, sorry i am no use to you any more lol.

 

i am just going to make an assumption it is corrupted, hey could be worse rather be a flash drive than something worse.

Give me a pic of your actual Flash drive if you are still having trouble, I may be able to find specific troubleshooting for the drive.

 

this may sound dumb, but could there be a switch on the drive that can be switched back? this is a lock for write protection.

alright, then try right clicking the drive in computer, then go to properties, and check the readonly to off. if it isn't checked, and you get the write protection notification, then it's an error more then a notification.

it basically says, it's a hardware fault, and you need to replace the drive.

Pretty sure it's a faulty drive. Unfortunately, I don't have the receipt, looks like I'm stuck with it :(
