I don't reccommed them they are extremely loud/ noisy and I highly reccommed Gentle Typoons they are quiet and have excellent performance

Depends, if you think GTs are silent at 2300rpm, you may be wrong, any fan is noisy at that speed, but you don't want to run it like that, 1500 is my max, then it starts to get noisy, depends on personal preference.

What fans do you recommend? For thick rads. Thanks :)

You can get Gentle Typoons in different rpm models :p

Although they are still good for slower speeds.

Get a fan controller and get either the gentle typhoons or corsair sp120's and you'll be fine.
