Computer not posting (After all steps in readme)

So i turned off my computer (Working fine), went out to a friends and when I came back to turn on my PC I found it would try boot, but after 1-2 seconds it would turn off, then try the same. I have reseated all the cables, the ram, the CMOS battery, removed the graphics card, disconnected Hard Drives and DVD drive, done a PSU check with the paper clip. My Motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-Z77-D3H. This system has been running fine, and this just happened today. 
Does anyone have any suggestions?

UPDATE: I am now in a reboot cycle still, but now all i have plugged in my USB Keyboard and USB Mouse, i get this on every few reboots when it gets to bios.5341d1354898214-gigabyte-z77x-d3h-rev1-1

(I stole this image from someone who had a slightly different issue to me but had the same screen)
