Yet another no post thread

So, I have gone threw everything I could find on reasons it won't post and I have nothing. this should be the rig http://pcpartpicker.com/p/LsK2f7. If you have any ideas, please they are welcome. I currently have it out of the case and trying to just get POST, it turns on, fans spin but no video output.

*edit* well, I reset the Cmos and I can get to the bios but now when ever I try to load up from my HDD it gets to the microsoft corporation loading screen, blue screens for ~3 frames and crashes and restarts.

You may need to update your bios.

Tried other cables on the GPU like VGA/HDMI etc?
