I was thinking of building a small movable PC for my older sister. I haven't chose any parts yet but do you guys know of any cases with handles and that are small, but have enough room for a normal sized graphics card. I might get a graphics card later on down the road for her to play games decently, but I don't really have any intentions of buying a very small form factor card.

depends, do you want micro atx ? mini ITX ? or full ATX ?

if you want an ATX build, the coolermaster storm scout 2 is really great. very nice transporting handle on the top made with metal and rubber.  great lan case

here is linus holding it upside down

maybe you can try and find an old NZXT Vulcan case.. they are really good  (but discontinued.. thats why it has to be used...)
